There are many things to consider when hyper-segmenting your audience, including geography, demographics, browsing behaviour, psychographics and their interests.

- How aligned the content of a blogger is with your message.
- Their reports on engagement.
- How often do they post?
- How bona fide are they?
Step 3: Identify the Best Communication Channel
Most likely your target audience will hop from one channel to another, from one device to another. To improve the effectiveness of your message, you need to define the optimal communication channel for your target audience.
