Hey! so i was replaying this game and...well, i did my best to try and get the first place in this hunder festival contest....but i couldn't get more than 169, and freya got 175 -.- is there any way to beat freya? or is it fixed...

if you want zidane to win try hunting mostly fangs and knock out freya while fighting the zaghnol

Before the festival, go get "the ogre" weapon for zidane. Then go outside and train to quickly get to level 14 (avoid the forests; bombs).

This is to make sure that you have enough strength/speed/hp to get through most of the monsters in one hit without ever stopping for potions. Yous should end up with over 200 points I think...

When fighting that big monster with freya, I suggest you knock yourself out in the process and let freya win. Why? Because it's nice! ^^

Well...that and the face that the "add-on" you get afterwards is worth waaaaay more then that 5000gil pocket change! ^^

where do i get ogre XD i could only get butterfly edge XD and where do i find that big monster? i saw it getting outta the cage, but i don't know where it is...

You can synth "the ogre" with 2 mage mashers at the same shop you got your "butterfly schwert" from! ^^

The big monster appears when you go to (during the hunt) That shopping area about 3-4 minutes into the festival. Freya will join you so it's a 2 on 1 fight.

I suggest you just let freya win for the award! ^^

Not as valuable as freya's item which can absorb thunder.

that isnt true, coral rings are easy to find, infact there are shops that sell them, as far as i know that's the only way to get that card

i think when i played i took the card each time too
sad thing is you dont get anything from tetra master just the cards, nothing at all from winning or vcollecting them all
which ruined it for me sadly

i am not that into the cards game i didn't quite get hot to play it XD
