With the start of a year, we always have a number of New Year’s resolutions, and we try to keep up with them. In most of the cases, we always have a fitness goal in mind, and we promise ourselves that we will make necessary efforts to stay fit and continue with the Habit for us to stay fit. For 2018, if you are looking for an ideal fitness goal, here are some suggestions for you.
1. Walking 10000 steps a day
If you have not been in the habit of walking for even 2000 steps in a day, this fitness gold should be divided into two halves. The first section should be of reaching 5000 steps a day, and once you know that this is being achieved, you can increase it to 10000. This is not difficult, and there are many ways in which you can motivate yourself to achieve the objective. One of the many ways in which you can do so is by moving around in your house while tracking your steps. 2. Using cycle as your primary mode of transport
The cycle is one of the most beneficial modes of transportation and you should plan of using it more often because it will gradually help you in creating an ideal impact on your life and you’ll be happy with the type of benefits you enjoy because of cycling. Even in case of cycling, you should not make the mistake of starting big.
Walking is a great alternative to cycling, but there is no harm in choosing cycling over walking.
3. Enjoying a physical activity, you have never tried in the past
With the number of physical activities that can be selected from, you should make sure that you have one of the best options in your mind that will not only motivate you to continue with the activity but also have the necessary benefits of helping you stay fit. When we talk about choosing a physical activity, you should make sure that the activity can be opted for on a regular basis. This is important because it will help you in pushing yourself and making the most of the opportunity that is available for you.
4. Hitting the gym
This is one of the most convenient options for people who are in a busy routine. However, if you are opting for the gym as compared to other fitness goals that are available, you should make sure that you are not only regular but also push yourself hard to train in the best possible way.
