It has been around four years since last Mortal Kombat game was released. Developer NetherRealm Studios then came up with MK9 in 2011. Now it is standing well prepared with another edition of the series. It may be titled as Mortal Kombat X and report says it may arrive soon.

It is said the new Mortal Kombat X will be better and more exciting game compared to the predecessors.

Game Spot writes fans may importantly look for the Faction Wars feature in the game. In it one can opt for becoming a member of any one factions. There will be total of five – the Black Dragon, Brotherhood of Shadow, Special Forces, Lin Kuei and Whit Lotus.

Gamers will be earning points based on their achievement and those points will be totaled at the end of the week for additional bonus that can be used in the matches.

One of the gameplays worth mentioning for the new game will be Living Towers, which is said to be similar from the Challenge Towers of MK9, but with a different approach.

Price wise it is reported the Mortal Kombat X: Kollector’s Edition by Coarse may be retailed at $150 where as the Mortal Kombat X: Kollector’s Edition may be bought for $180.

In fact the Coarse edition to come with a special Scorpion figurine and this is he reason it is priced little more.

For the download world the Premium Edition may come at just $90.

The developer has scheduled the release of it on April 14, 2015.
